The “click-to-cancel” law only came into effect on October 16, 2024 so if you previously had trouble cancelling subscriptions, that could be the reason. It’s much easier now because companies are required by law to make it easier.

The 'Felicia Ruffle Maxi Dress' at 2:33 is from a Danish fashion brand called 'Vero Moda' and is very much NOT a designer brand. It is a very affordable brand that usually sells everyday clothing with typical prices being around 35, 45, 65 (USD) but they also dabble in more luxury occasion wear (but this dress is usually as expensive as it gets). However, this particular dress is sold for 104 USD (99.99 EUR) so the 185 USD markup is very strange to me! It seems very misleading to me, since they advertise to only hold designer items but even more since they appear to show the items with fake prices....

The Fitzroy is a Canadian rental company in Canada! It’s only formal attire though. They’re located in Toronto and have virtual fitting if you’re outside in Toronto and ship all across Canada!

Love you! 🥰 note: your not crazy!the USA Congress recently passed laws about cancellation. They made it that if you can order it, the cancellation should be is just as easy and they literally pass laws about it that American companies can’t make it hard to cancel things anymore so probably what happened was the first time you tried to cancel it those laws hadn’t been passed yet cause it used to be really difficult everywhere here in the USA.
