Edna DeVore has a fascination with astronomy, and it's led her from her country girl roots to the Kepler Mission, a program designed to discover planets similar to ours. Here, she elaborates on the mission's findings, discusses her thoughts on life in space, and notes that astronomy can give us great perspective on our place in the universe.
