im going to do this everyday until friday this week (its sunday night) ill give updates🙏

sunday : ✅ Noticed some veery slight improvements, I'll try sleeping on my other side and see if that helps too
monday : ✅ After doing the exercise again, it looks relatively better, also totally 3 random people said hi to me today (never usually happens) am i breaking free of being chopped 💔
tuesday : ✅ Did it again tonight. Still crooked, but it can be surprisingly less noticeable, and I don't think it's as bad in general
wednesday : ✅ Another day of this. Still i guess noticeably crooked if i relax my mouth/tongue too much. I realize this problem totally came from only sleeping on one side throughout my entire life lol. But it's actually starting to be like, fixable.
thursday : X I wasn't able to do it this day, because I got home so late I just passed out 💀
friday : ✅ Not doing it thursday kinda messed me up, but I've been sleeping on the other side still... looking about the same as wednesday
Sat: ✅ damn the left side of my face is still slightly more built, but the right side is really starting to catch up. I might try chewing exercises next (while probably continuing with this routine for 1-2 more weeks) thank you!

intestingly, it seems i'm able to do the tongue/jaw opposite movement only on one side, great difficulties in doing it on the other side!

How do I identify which is my weaker side? My jaw seems more developed on the left side so should in these exercises should I be moving my lower jaw towards the right?
