This is a formal debate between Donny B and JD Morin on the Rapture. Is the Rapture pre or post-tribulation? Donny B holds to the post-trib/pre-wrath position. And JD Morin holds to the pre-trib position. Therefore, Donny B says the Rapture will take place after the tribulation, but before God's Wrath. And JD Morin says the Rapture will take place before the tribulation.

Just ordered your book. I was raised to believe in the pre-tribulation rapture. I changed my view point a few years ago but haven’t heard anyone give such a thorough explanation of the events. Alan Kurschner is hard for me to follow but you explain it in a way that is easy for even the lay person can understand.

The Day of Jesus Christ is a one day event, the rapture. The Day of the Lord is his millennial reign, A day is as a 1, 000 years to the Lord.

Matthew 24:29-31 there are YEARS in-between verse 29 thru verse 31.

Revelation 6:12-13 is the same time period as Matthew 24:29.

But from chapter 6 to the end of Revelation chapter 11 is years, and all these years are between Matthew 24:29 thru Matthew 24:29 thru verse 31.

IN CONTEXT this is about Christ's coming to Armageddon, over 7 years AFTER the rapture.
"One taken and one left"
This is NOT the rapture! When the disciples ask Jesus WHERE those taken would be taken, Jesus spoke of dead bodies. This is probably referring to the parable of the tares taking place.

There are two different groups, separated by the flesh.

The rapture of Revelation 7:9-14 is the Gentile multitude.

The multitude of Revelation 14:14-16 is the Jewish multitude.

BUT they are both removed from the earth at the same time, the end of the seven year period.
