I discourage clear building. I rather 40mm grenade richochet off walls. But for sake of argument and science, paint-ball rifle with same length, targets paste on walls, individual run through, BTO HDB before painting, before new owners takeover (T.O.P, collect keys). "Unlimited" tries. Avoid splatter on visor and suit. Use staff-kata to move through and aim, or nunchucku or 3 section staff. Those are the purposes of hand and foot coordination. 1 Talking of infallibility, I said it must be seen as a seal, in the sense of a postmark or stamp; it means that before the prophet enters the scene, God puts a sign on him, He writes on him: "infallible". Then no matter what he is going to do or say, he is infallible. And God can allow things to separate the darnel from the wheat but that will not affect the infallibility of this prophet. You see? That is it, and that is why the Bible never reports the life of a prophet messenger. The Bible says that such or such a king did what is good or evil in the eyes of Jehovah but how can one say that a prophet messenger did not walk rightly before God? You see?

2 … Somebody asked me if we had to wait directly for that Message of the Fourth watch. I do not know but bear in mind that if the Lord tarries, seven years shall not pass after me that there be another prophet messenger on the earth. Perfection requires it.

4 Now, I am nearing the real end of this Message but I still believe in the continuity of the ministry. I bless God for all the brothers and sisters who did not stop assisting and supporting me. I thank God for all the pastors and preachers in this Message. I also demanded that one day my Bible should be given to one of them. And my prayer is that the same Angel who led me in anything so that I have never failed in advice, in act or in the Word be always with you.

5 Well, let’s take our Bible now in the book of Acts of the Apostles. Acts chapter 9 and let’s read the first five verses. I am going to read that! It is the preacher or a preacher who must read the base text. You see?

6 [Ed: Brother Philippe reads Acts 9:1-5: "But Saul, still breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, came to the high priest and asked of him letters to Damascus, to the synagogues, so that if he found any who were of the way, both men and women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. But as he was journeying, it came to pass that he drew near to Damascus; and suddenly there shone round about him a light out of Heaven, and falling on the earth he heard a voice saying to him, Saul, Saul, why dost thou persecute me? And he said, Who art thou, Lord?"]

7 You see? Paul says to the light, "Who art thou, Lord?" This is the Beginning of Christianity and cannot be different from the Beginning of Judaism. Moses on the other side! Paul on this side! The Angel of the burning Thorn-Bush was God Himself and on this side, the Angel on the way of Damascus was the Lord Jesus Christ, God Himself. You see?

8 Moses met the supernatural and saw that Thorn-Bush which was not being consumed. And Moses said to the Angel who was commissioning him: Who are you Lord so that I can report it to the Jews when they put me the question? You see? Moses said: It is true that God is supernatural and that this burning Thorn-Bush is not the work of a man but who are you Lord? And God said to Moses, "… Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel: I AM hath sent me unto you." What happened there, at the Beginning of Judaism, was a sign to all the Jews and Paul, a true son of Judaism could not but apply it. You see?

9 Paul was moving quite confidently towards Damascus and all of a sudden, a light shone out of Heaven. This light was more powerful than all the anointing of Catholic, Protestant, evangelical and Branhamist churches including Islam and Judaism combined. And this light caused Paul to fall down because he was an opponent of Christ at that time. This light can never cause a poor soul in search of the grace of God to fall. You see?

10 Any anointing that would cause a poor soul in search of healing or deliverance to fall is of the devil! [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen"]. Before the enemies or opponents of God, fire was called down! Before Sodom and Gomorrah, fire was called down! Before the fifty men of Ahaziah, fire was called down! But whoever will call fire upon a poor soul in search of healing or deliverance is a devil incarnated! [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen"]…

13 An anointed has nothing to do with particular revelations concerning the Word of God! He can say exactly, "God reveals me that your name is this and that you will have a job, you will have a husband … God reveals me that you will have a male child on such a date, his name will be this!" That’s all he can do. And he can only lead people, either to truth or to falsehood because apart from the prophet messenger who leads people to Christ, the prophets and anointed of the earth, whether they are of Matthew 24:24 or not, whether they are true or false, always lead people to something.

14 In the anticipated vision, when William Branham asked about where the Lord was, he was told, "He will come to you first and you will be judged according to the Word you preached and then, you will present us to Him! You will be judged not according to the miracles you performed but according to the Word you preached and then we who believed in your Message, you will present us to Him!" William Branham did not say, "If Paul enters, we shall enter because I performed as many miracles as he did". But he said, "I have preached the way Paul did!" You see? The anointed don’t have their place there because it is about the Word. In the beginning was the Word and everything was created by the Word. And it is by the Word that we will be judged. And according to the Word that you have believed on the earth, you will be saved or condemned. [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"].

15 In the time of Noah, any true anointed had to lead people to Noah's Ark! Why? Because at that time, John 6:28-29, it was Noah! The work of God was to recognize Jehovah, the only true God and him that He sent, that is to say Noah! And John 3:16 was, "For God so loved the world, that he sent Noah his beloved Prophet, that whosoever believes on him may not perish in the Flood but be saved". You see? An anointed can only lead mankind to the Message of the living prophet of his time. [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"].

16 When Tommy Osborn preaches abroad, he leads all those who believe in him to any evangelical church! You see? The true christs lead believers to the Message of their time whereas the false christs lead believers towards a church or to the Bible. [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"]. Tommy Osborn is an anointed of Matthew 24:24! Billy Graham is an anointed of Matthew 24:24! Morris Cerullo is an anointed of Matthew 24:24! And even the Catholic charismatic renewal has had powerful anointed men! If somebody has no Message and performs miracles, he is not a prophet but he is an anointed! No matter the spirit that uses him, no matter his practices, he is an anointed! [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"].

All the prophets were going to be rejected because of their Messages. But God, in the Heaven, approved them.

The earth is corrupt and the Lord Jesus Christ said that at the end of times, if He tarried, there would be no elect on earth. And where did this corruption come from? From the United States of America. Look at Tommy Osborn, Benny Hinn, Billy Graham, Morris Cerullo and all those ones… they have corrupted the earth and I am surprised that people who confess the Name of Jesus Christ dream of visiting countries like the United States some day. Are your villages no better than Los Angeles and Hollywood? And where do those acts of violence, those snakes and scorpions on those biceps come from? Where do those erroneous hairstyles come from? Just as you dream of Europe and America, so do your souls long for sin and hell. For those who are in Europe and in the United States and who are filled with the Holy Spirit wish to be in your place here, in Africa, far from what they see there.

9 Freemasons, Pentecostal churches, the worship of Inca gods, Protestant churches, Krishna,   the church of Christ, transcendental meditation, the Grail, spiritualists, evangelical churches, Mormons, Guru Maharaja, Islam and Judaism and all the so-called revealed or restored churches… prayer camps, monasteries, convents, missions and ministries including the Branhamists, that is to say, those who still follow the Message of William Branham, even in its purity, are purgatories and nets of Satan to send mankind to hell and the spirits that act in those churches are not the Holy Spirit, but demons of seduction. 1 Like the prophets of the Bible, in April 1993, I, Kacou Philippe, a man who had never been in a church, I receive in a vision, the visitation of an Angel who commissions me for a Message destined to the whole earth in fulfillment of Matthew 25:6 and Revelation 12:14. This is the account of my conversion, as well as the three great visions of the call and commission as I received them: 

2 I came to conversion on April 24, 1993 according to Daniel 10:4 to 11 by a vision in which I saw myself standing on the sand of the sea and then on top of a high pyramid and then again on the sand of the sea in another place and I saw an old military truck coming out of the depths of the sea and leave behind me. I turned and I saw that it contained living people. They were women and one of them was mixed-race.

3 Then two doves came toward me and went back over the waters. And there was an eclipse, then a man having the appearance of a Cloud and holding a sword came down from Heaven with a Lamb and the earth was illuminated again. They stood on the waters and the Lamb began to speak to me in an unknown tongue. The sound of his voice came into me and I fell dead. My soul went to stand on the waters with them while my body was lying on the sand of the sea. When He had finished speaking to me, my soul came into me and I became alive again but I no longer saw Them.

4 Then a crowd of people came toward me from the right side and I asked them if they had seen the Angel and the Lamb. They said, "No!" And I said: “But, how did you not see the Angel and the Lamb and all the things They have done?” They replied, "We have not seen the Angel and the Lamb and we have not heard the Words the Lamb pronounced, but we entirely believe It because what God gave and that the devil took, has now been restituted to you ". I looked up and I saw a ladder set up between the sky and the earth, above the waters and angels ascended and descended. And the vision ended and I felt what I know today to be the Holy Spirit and I wept and I believed in God on the spot. [Kc.64v3] [Kc.130v9]

5 The following day at around 3 p.m. while I was sitting with my family, I was transported again in vision into a totally desert country and I saw eastward Words that were coming down from Heaven carried on Clouds. It was after these two visions that I got up and went to church for the very first time. [Kc.137v37]

6 In a third vision, we were sitting in an examination room for the Advanced level test and the examiner was distributing the test-papers. I said to myself, "But what am I doing here? I do not have a good school level and what am I going to write?” And later, It was said to me: "The same way that Mary conceived miraculously, without knowing any man, the same way that Moses received in details what happened at the creation, you too, you have received the Words of eternal Life on this April 24, 1993 and it is decreed by God. At the appointed time, you will understand and you will teach what you did not learn in order that whoever believes has eternal Life". [Kc.9v34] [Kc.30v1-3]
