I know you’ve been getting a lot of advice on your hair but a few things that have really helped my hair were taking biotin supplements and focusing a lot on my gut health, being super gentle when brushing my hair and making sure to go from ends to roots, and wearing my hair in a braid instead of a ponytail so that it doesn’t pull at my scalp😊😊 best of luck💞

Can u plsss do a video w up close rambles and mouth sounds. Also for ur hair girl i didnt even notice u didnt like it but if it bothers u u should oil ur hair w rosemary oil (pls make it urself) (js mix three parts castor oil to one part rosemary oil) and dont leave it overnight js a couple hours. Do a hair mask in the ends as you leave the oil in ur roots. Also make sure to put leave in conditioner in ur hair every night and use a heat protectant if u put heat on it.And plsss make sure to wash ur face w cleanser after micellar water. Make sure to be gentle with your hair and sleep w a silk bonnet hope this helps.🫶🫶
