'Regal' steam locomotive running at the National Summer Steamup, 2022

Regal is a homemade, Gauge 1 live steam locomotive. It is a single cylinder, single acting oscillator motor driving a 3.25:1 gear ratio. The boiler is single fired by a butane blow torch type burner.
