I was actually able to figure it out. Most people come in (like i did) and didn’t read the quest. you have to do it in the correct order. so if you hit fire and it worked then hit air and it didn’t but you read the quest and was “ohhhh! gotta do it in order” and then tried hitting earth and it didn’t work. It’s because you have to re-hit fire to start the correct order again and then you hit the others that follow (Earth, Air and then water). Hopefully this helped! I was stuck for a hot minute
