Best Band You've Never Heard! Vocal Coach reacts to Royal Republic performing Getting Along LIVE

My first time hearing Royal Republic, and they did not disappoint! This was such a fun video to make. Today we're listening to their live performance of the song Getting Along.

This band is the best band in the world! Wish they would come to the 🇺🇸! Every musician in the band is of the highest caliber! Way underrated!

Adam has an incredible voice that can sound full and ”effortless” no matter how high or low he sings. He can always get it to sound as if he sings in the middle of his range. He can also growl/scream quite good and is a great guitarist aswell.

He can get his voice sound retro, heavy, smooth, punk… everything seems possible with his voice.

He’s from the same city as I am. He went to the same high school as I, but 15 years before me. A lot of teachers were the same as back then and he was an icon. It was a music/theatre and media high school that has pretty good teachers and students (no entrance exams though).
The city is very small (less than 40k) so it seems like almost everybody has some kind of connection to him. Euther they know him or his family or they know a person that does. I had his step mother as a teacher and I have met his father several times.

The band is based in Malmö, but I think only one of the members comes from Malmö and the other three are from different parts of Sweden. Adam is from Karlskrona. He went to the music college in Malmö where he found the other members of the band.

The band isn’t actually that big in Sweden. Okay… in Adam’s hometown everybody knows the band and loves them… but otherwise they aren’t very famous in Sweden… but in continental Europe they are very big.

Royal Republic are absolutely hilarious to see live! Seen them twice and would definitely see them again, given the chance! Great to see them getting more recognition outside of Sweden aswell. You need to do yourself the favor of hearing more from them!

A great exemple of his range would be Lazerlove. Went to see them for the 4th time on saturday and they're just a fantastic live band. All of them are great musicians and singers individually and could be leading a band but their collective strength is nothing short of amazing.

That's why nothing can replace live concert raw power, the energy is giving back to the band from the audience... it is the altamed "call and answer" for spontaneous power.... no two shows are alike.... forget artificial intelligence !

Really cool to see a bigger youtuber cover Royal Republic, one of the finest, somewhat hidden, gems from my snowy Sweden! They've had the same energy live for 15 years and have written so many insanely catchy songs. Incredibly talented gentlemen!

I love these guys! They're obviously trained musicians, like a school of music, but they pull it off. You're right. One of the adjectives i used to describe their music, among many others, is Clean. So sharp, so damn fun. If you can't shake your booty to RR you're dead inside.
