From the story of this gentleman... And he seems most honest and his experiences... The thing that stands out to me is that regardless of your personal desires or circumstances... Planning is everything... And to be flexible to make any changes

Yep, this is exactly how I am going to do it, right down the the purchase of some land to have a "Home Base" to go to when ever I want. Might even end up with a few small parcels of land in different states. Thanks for the upload! :)

Another great interview. Randy has his setup at a very high comfort level. It fits him and his dog at this time. He sounds adaptable to any scenario he may face. I'm a minimalist, so, that much stuff is more than I need at this time. I am a fan of Solar power also. I get by with a Yeti 400 and a 100 watt flexible /portable panel.

I would love to see you do a series on keeping pets in this lifestyle. What are the problems and solutions, risks, etc. (small dogs, big dogs, cats, vet care, and so on). I know that's my primary consideration once I pull the trigger.

He has all his ducks in a row, for sure. I think this is the third video I have seen with Randy. There was the washing machine video and the tour of the van. I have not seen a tour of the trailer, and I had hoped this would be it. Still, there was a lot of info.

A request please---I'd like to see included in videos, all who are living the vandwellers life, showing us what they buy, how they cook and eat on a budget. It must be one of the biggest expenses next to fuel. Let"s face it, most have picked this lifestyle because of $$. I will have to in the future too. Personally, I will use some instant coffee, drink mostly tea and then make sun tea to cut costs. I love Dollar General, Family Dollar and Dollar Tree for a lot of staples. I think I will always shop at International markets and stores more like Aldi's for fruits and vegetables when near them. Perhaps I will have to make dried fruit, jerky and own a freezer/ fridge to make it work for myself. I am inquiring about breakfast - dinner meals. Thanks for sharing and for the tips.

I love the washing machine. Only thing missing is the bathtub. The 2 things holding me back.
