Order of Operations (GRADE 5)

In this video, I will review the order of operations as it is taught in FIFTH grade. In fifth grade, we do not deal with exponents in the order of operations. It is also important to note that I DON'T say PEMDAS. Over time, it became clear that PEMDAS caused some confusion because students thought they had to do multiplication before division, which is not always the case. There is a chart in this video that explains the order of operations and I do several examples. This is a grade 5 standard.
