My husband is retiring in March! I am so proud of him. He has been a wonderful man and father through the years. Learning to let our kids fly on their own has been sad and also rewarding. Love your YouTube, watched for years and have never really commented but I just wanted to say I appreciate the laughs you’ve given me over the years. Showing me a life I recently dreamed of with my kids and fiancé. Sadly she has left me after 7 years together and the dream as I saw it won’t come to pass. I know I’m keep commenting but you guys this is such a great video. I loved the honest talk in the dinghy on how you guys are doing that was so refreshing and to me just feels so pure at heart. I know it’s gonna be hard having your kids gone like that because that’s a major change in life. One thing about eating I’ll say as I’m telling you intermittent fasting is amazing. I live alone so I don’t get a bunch of great meals like you make but I’ll do sometimes literally have one meal a day. Maybe I’ll have a protein shake in the morning and maybe one sandwich at 1 o’clock and that’s it, how fast you can drop doing that and then once you’re stabilized, you could go back to three meals a day but I can’t tell you the last time I ate three meals a day I mean it’s been years. I rarely eat breakfast. It’s always a protein shake.
