"I though the bots hosters stopped because they're happy with the updates" LMAO you really thought they did this as some sort of protest? no they just do it for fun they enjoy other peoples misery thats why they do it

The bot's are never going to "leave" there are always people trying to ruin a good game for everyone. It's a matter of good support, people working consistently to clean up the mess when it occurs. This is why tf2 needs a new engine (like the fan source 2 version being worked on) or a very, very dedicated team of people working to keep the bots out.

I remember being in a casual match once and there were bots in it, and the bot hoster was there too.

it's not easy to spot them instantly anymore, either. There's no "OMEGATRONIC, " or username stealers, just generic names you would think a human player might use. It's annoying.

Ok valve wanna know how to fix bot problem?

Step 1: Put a captcha test at the start of each players game
Step 2: there is no step 2

Recently I haven't been seeing that many bots in casual, however I have noticed that maps like tc_hydro have a bunch of "players". And who would have guessed, once I found a match it was all bots. But why? Why attack a dead map?

Yeah I was playing tf2 yesterday and I spent 30 minutes server hopping to find a non bot game.

they were still around much before the leaks, if anything i started seeing less bots after the leak for some reason

I thought the bot crisis was improved these past few months. I was playing the game with like 1-2 bots who’d get kicked pretty fast, but now this week it’s gotten to like 10 bots in a server.

Recently I was kicked two times from pub cause guys thought that I'm bot, I had observer set and nickname "The Watcher"

i remember when i was playing in 2forts there was one bot
so i tried multiple times to kill him
after multiple death i finaly managed to kill him
he then leaved the server and after half hour or less
came another bot but this bot had my name and my picture with no diffrence
i was a bit scared when i saw it
thanks fully the ppl voted to kick him
i though they were going to kick me but it wasnt me they kick him :)
