Wasn't free here in Canada but one of the country's premiere trauma centers in Toronto runs a class monthly and I attended it. Very worth it. Free or not.

I'd love to take part in such a class but I live in germany and here tourniquets are basically ostracized by everyone as they are thought to only be useful to military and maybe police personal because of doing more harm than good. So there are really no classes for trauma treatment that goes past a standard pressure dressing at all... :(
