I also bought hard sleeves (like for baseball cards, except bigger) for the player boards and got some stationary clips to fit on the plastic edges

I think it would be a fun game to have, but I will not buy it. The components are way too cheap. Cardboard chariots, cheap thin trackers with plastic sliders. I would buy it if they were better quality. You know those trackers will tear in time from all the movement. There must be a better way to keep track of the movement and damage but they choose the cheap way. Heck I would pay a little more to have better quality. They could sell more if they just put a little more effort in to the game.

I've seen the Ben Hur Chariot Race, and I can tell you, they were going way faster than three on the inside lane! 😂

A racing game but with dice vs the 3M bookcase game called Formula One. On the fence. Must look into 3D components.

Played it at Essen: components are terrible (flimsy cardboard, horrible sliders), game is average at best.
Passed, never going to play it again ever.

Then, still at Essen, I played Flame Rouge and it was an insta-buy.
