The breaded pork. Red cabbage. German potatoes. Grasshopper desert on August 13th 2021. i should have tipped my server more than 6 dollars. I had her serve me twice. for a 35 dollar plate. And her outstanding service .Should have tipped her 10 dollars. My grandmother made a lot of German cooking . Great grandparents came from Berlin. New Ulm is a very friendly town. I will be coming more to dine in. I like the breaded German pork. The red cabbage and potatoes I like/ The vinegar is just right when in the cabbage. And right amount sugar for the potatoes. I moved to Tracy. 69 miles west of New Ulm. Nical Strum dined in .Was a story because he came from Germany . Winger for the Minnesota Wild. Caught my attention when he came to dine in . Twice I have eaten here at Kaiserhoff. Best German food since my grandmother made German food for me 45 years ago.
