These CEOs see the writing on the wall, one of two things happen here, maybe both. 1. All these laid off employees of small business are CUSTOMERS of these much larger corporations, without income they will no longer be buying a Starbucks every day on their way to work, they'll be making instant coffee at home. 2. Massive widespread unemployment will lead to even more social unrest, and if this eviction crisis isn't sorted out, you'll have 30 million new members of any number of resistance groups looking to try and eek out some kind of decent life for their family by any means necessary, and will likely target the ultra wealthy. The BLM protests in June were just the appetizer, at most those maybe reached 50, 000 people or so in large cities for a week? OK now try 1 million in every large city and 100, 000s in smaller cities, for months. That's what congress in their bubble don't seem to understand. This will cause both economic fallout even for Starbucks and Wal-Mart and the SP500, AND it could also cause a revolution.

This is a very dangerous and explosive situation that we face today. If we don't start to manage this better, we would have millions of unemployed and hungry, homeless dispossessed people. An evicted person who doesn't have another place will lose his belongings forever.
