Eric, I did the meditation and followed your inspiration on how to meditate, after I was doing my breathing and letting go I experienced colors of Pure lights of Purple and green and blues I have never seen such vivid colors and before I knew it it was as if I was being transported to the heavens that’s the only way I can explain it, I was seeing nebulas and Galaxies I never seen before, I was once back to the lights, I hope you can explain some of this to help guide me, this was my second time with the lights, I had it happen before.

I had not watched any electronic devices for hours before I started to do my meditation, also I experienced pain in my back between my shoulders and it wouldn’t go away until today, Once I planted my bare feet on the earth I felt balanced again and my back no longer hurts, I thanked the universe for all the goodness and love I received and am grateful for your teachings.
