I just love you man. That might sound wrong. But amongst so many many guitarists out there on YouTube, You stand above all when it comes to teaching how to shred and along with all those motivating statements you give. May god bless you man. I wish there were more like you.

Great lesson and video Ross! You're right about the learning of difficult things. With patience (and the right technique) allmost everything is possible in the end. Especialy these cliche licks can help beginner guitarists get motivated and set reachable goals. 👍

Dang. That was cool. I am going to practice this. Thank you very much.

Jimi Hendrix, Daune Allman and Eric Clapton. These are the guys I rate 1-2-3 respectively !! Of course you'd expect a type of sound I'm limiting my pool of talent from. So, to be clear, I'm not talking about original musicians talents or even musicians inspired by this limited group.
Question :
How would you rate these 3 and/or would you add a name or 2 and then rate them all together ?
Thanks for your generous consideration and sharing of your talents,
Sincerely

On the first lick, I'm can't get the last pulloff note to ring loudly, especially the faster I play. I have to pick it individually to really hear it which slows the lick down.

Very nice! More of these licks please! Thanks!

You're right about consistent practice and time. I fumbled through your cascading pentatonic lesson for 6 months and I can finally do it, it just takes patience and time, sometimes a LOT of time

Hey could you make a lesson about soloing over Changes (for example in a Jazz setting)??
Keep up the great work!
maximo.
Unlike fashion a great guitar lick never goes out of style.

there a lot of guitar teachers on youtube and only a few great ones. You my friend are easily one of the best and far younger than most.
Thanks for the quality instructional videos.

Getting that level of sustain and saturation from an amp/pedal combo that isn't a Jcm 800 probably isn't possible, but if anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

To be all fair and stuff: you are playing it without the pinky !!!! cause your hand/fingers are long enough to do that, you have way more energie in those, i have small hands and for better usage and to be more efficient and to have smaller movements over all i need to use my pinky which is a lot weaker and slower...any suggestions/recommendations?
JammerhakenTV
what a terrible camera angle for an instructional video, get with the program.

I kind of understand different scales. So when do a lick, you can use any of the notes within that scale? Finally, what happens when you need to change keys?
