This is what you get with Trent Reznor producing your album. None of the production/engineering is as “simple” as it sounds at first. This whole album is amazing, and it’s absolutely meant to be from front to back.

This album had production by Trent Reznor and he also contributed to some of the musical writing on the songs and even some instrument playing. Also, Manson's bassist Jeordie White (Twiggy Ramirez) composed some of the songs, The Beautiful People is one of them. Jeordie White also went on to play bass for A Perfect Circle.

Saw Manson in a small club in Philly in 94. It was an awesome experience. The Reflecting God is my favorite song of theirs.

Marilyn Manson... There are some incredible songs from this period. A few I recommend are The Reflecting God, Tourniquet, and Coma White.

I haven't heard this song in forever. It sounds so different now... It's crazy how better I can hear everything. Man that you fear was my favorite song by him.

Haha, I used to love Manson. Good ol High School days. Man I'm getting old.... I remember him on MTV watching his music videos.

God that riff is so killer. I hadn't paid much attention to the panning of each instrument before, this definitely gives me a new appreciation for a song I've heard a billion times before. 🤘🙏

Another good marching metal song is “Links 2 3 4” from Rammstein, unless you’ve reacted to that already!

Would play his music when I had to drive through Cincinnati during heavy traffic. It helped driving…plus my windows were down (so we’re many others), and they’d kinda move out of my way 😂 still helps with aggressive driving in a big city 🤷🏻‍♀️

1996....Almost a daily occurrence
Roommate: "Is our neighbor home?"
Me: Look out window, see car is gone. "Nope"
Roommate: Cranks this song to the point of nearly blowing out the picture window

Good times

I still remember the first time I heard this song. Was one of those 9PM premieres on 98 Rock Baltimore and I recorded it on tape.

So much of Marilyn Manson's musical package is designed for his overall stage persona. I love the feeling of him whispering to you over each shoulder in this track to crank up that horror creepy feel - pretty effective!

Marilyn Manson is brilliant. His Golden Age of Grotesque album is one of my go to’s for long car trips.

One of my favourite pieces is Doll-Dagga Buzz-Buzz Ziggety-Zag.

The production is fantastic and then I thought to myself, of course it is, Trent did it.
