Here’s how to actually spin 400:

Firstly, this only really works with smaller areas. Tense your arm up, usually the bicep and or the forearm muscles. Once you tense them up you can vibrate your wrist. When you vibrate your wrist, your cursor shakes back and forth however if you add a bit of rotation to it, you spin tiny circles. Find out which direction you can vibrate your wrist in more comfortably and that’s how you spin 400+. This is similar to how one can learn to single tap extremely fast or jitter click with a mouse by tensing up.
