Показать описание
A cross-party committee at Holyrood have concluded that Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon "misled" parliament.
The report refers to written evidence by Ms Sturgeon which gave an "inaccurate account" of her meeting with former First Minister Alex Salmond at her home.
In summary, the committee concluded that Ms Sturgeon had misled the committee and therefore, misled the Scottish Parliament.
The committee was set up to look at the Scottish Government's handling of harassment complaints after their investigation into Mr Salmond was ruled unlawful.
It comes after an independent inquiry cleared Ms Sturgeon of breaching the ministerial code.
