[Arknights] W's skin Fugue Base Animation

New skin dropped April 30th and as all skins, they have a special base animation if you sit and watch the operator long enough. Fugue has a very long special animation which would result in other operators getting in front of W and blocking the view. So I sent her to the synthesis room as it wasn't being used at the time.
