i have the exact same phobia of blood tests and pass out etc. the best thing you can do is close your eyes, dont look, control your breathing. deep breathes in and out loud enough for you to hear. i still get dizzy but dont pass out so somewhat of a success !! hope it helps somewhat x

I cannot even stomach the word and it made me feel so unwell when you was talking about it 🙈 I have this fear and think about it every day like how the hell am I going to get through labour or anything because I just can’t go there 🥲 Ps I’d love to take those drawers off your hands if you still want to get rid of them! I’m in the Cheadle Hulme area so would be so handy 😍🤞🏼❤️

I have the same phobia of veins- 2 week hospital stint with bloods taken every day and multiple canulas...safe to say I had major meltdowns on the daily 😲
I really recommend asking your doctor to prescribe a relaxant like xanex, especially if it's only for a once off op! It wont make you feel anything other normal/phopia free- an absolute godsend!!!

It’s the veins for me too! Getting a vaccine is absolutely fine, but try and take blood and I’m fainting within 2 minutes. I feel you 😭

Raising awareness for endometriosis is so important and I thank you so much for it. It is something doctors constantly overlook and your right to persist for a diagnosis. It is a debilitating illness that needs to be taken more seriously ❤️

It’s sOOOO worrying that your gp surgery didn’t diagnose you with endemitreosis but as soon as you went to a specialist you did. I wonder how many women go through this but have to just put up with it because they can’t afford a specialist. Do you know why gp surgery told you that you didn’t have it? Even though you said you had all the symptoms? X
