REDMI NOTE 13 PRO 5G CHINA TO GLOBAL ROM CHANGE.

Hey Bro I need your help

I bought Redmi note 13 pro 5G Chinese version with indian custom rom but the rom is MIUI 14.0.6.1 TMRINXM ( its for poco f5. I think the seller had to put it up because the global version wasn't released at the time )
So how can i update to HyperOS (Global version) because i don't know anything about flashing, bootloader and those things ?
Another thing some people say after flashing i have to keep the bootloader unlocked cuz if not the phone will brick and some others say it should be locked so what i have to do ??

Note : The bootloader now is locked
Note 2 : I have a laptop

Bro. I bought new note 13 pro 5g Chinese version but it has that global rom installed same version you showed in the video. And now hyperos 2.0 came to many people but I haven't got any updates till now. It's still on hyperos 1.0.4.0 . Will it get any updates?

I changed my redmi note 13 pro 5G from chinese version also to global version also but the sim card is still out of service. Do you have any solution on this?
