Frostdawn PMV - Struck By The Rain

Spedran this PMV over the weekend! It follows Frostpaw grappling with her sense of trust after discovering another side to the people she loves- that her friend/crush tried to kill her and her mother was manipulating her- and isn't StarClan, ultimately, also using her as a tool?

Characters- Frostpaw, Splashtail, Riverstar and misc StarClan cats, Whistlepaw, and Curlfeather from Warrior Cats - A Starless Clan
Programs used: Paint Tool Sai (art), Adobe Premiere Pro (editing)

notes:
-the spay scar placement at the end is not a mistake, in the UK most cats are given flank spays- this is true for frostpaw's canon description (and also how my own cat was spayed)! i gave her a TNR clipped ear as well.
-i tried to work with a colour palette based on the original RH minigame for frostpaw and the background elements. frostpaw's white freckles emulating snow linked up pretty well!
-this is based on an idea for an OC pmv i had, but i swiveled the idea around for frostpaw.

hey, someone else puts frostpaw's scar more to the side! i like the idea (and find it funnier+more believable) that splashtail just missed her jugular a bit and didnt realize through all the blood, rather than the idea of frostpaw just tanking a jugular hit for the first time in warriors history

I love that you added the detail of her ear being clipped to show she’s been fixed. A lot of the barn cats I know have that and I don’t think I’ve seen anyone else use that ppl do that in their frostpaw design

this is wonderful! the expressiveness of all the characters and the use of the desaturated blue sorta palette is really nice. looking up the rhythm heaven minigame it's based on, i think you captured the vibe really well!! frostpaw's whole deal in this arc has been heartbreaking, and this is such a good depiction of that
