Also All Asus P5K Motherboard has similar bios settings.
These can also be applied to Asus P5K-V, P5K-VM.

Is there any difference between the Asus P5K series?? Mine is the regular P5K and there is not a lot of documentations for that mobo to update the BIOS and OCing the CPU... 😕😕😕

Hi - nice work. I've got exactly the same system - I had an X5430 running but added an x5460. Can you point me to the bios rom you used to get the x5460 to work without the error message about updating the bios? I injected 771 microcode into an 1101 bios but it seems to be missing the x5460 code? Much obliged...Ben

Cool! I got a p5k se/epu and normal p5q. Got 2 x5460 on the way. But will only overclock until 63c. Now to find the great cpu cooler for the lowest price and best low noise. That will be a hard one I think. Hahaha

i only find ram for amd chipsets somehow, where did you get yours and is it compatible with p5q deluxe motherboard aswell? Sorry I am a noob.Btw do you know if the bios settings with the deluxe mb are the same
