I Cut an Electric Toothbrush in half to see what's inside and what makes a Phillips Sonic toothbrush work.

I've always been amazed at these Phillips Sonic toothbrushes and ever since I started using them I never went back, I've wanted to see what makes these toothbrushes work so well and once we look inside the idea is actually pretty simple.

I thought there is a need to hold the thing and its internal parts to orevebt they flying around but doesn't need to? Is this apply to all or most cases? Why they will be intact tho, what if it's a lose part
