American Dental Association - 'The Modified Scrub' (PSA, 1979) 🦷

Here is an animated public service announcement from the American Dental Association (ADA). Features a professor character in a study teaching you proper brushing technique, which he calls "The Modified Scrub".

These PSAs (there were a number of them) were created by Rick Reinert Productions, who also did the opening for the ABC Weekend Special and Afterschool Specials.

This aired on local Chicago TV on Monday, December 3rd 1979 during the 6:30am to 7:00am timeframe.
