In this video I show how to weave 1/4" paper strips to make a card front. this is a great way to use up those leftover strips you have after cutting your card inserts. Plus at the end of the video I show some other creative uses for scrap strips.

Love the idea of putting die cuts over a background. Thanks for the idea of weaving, and the herringbone pattern. I did a 2-2 herringbine pattern for a child's rocker a few years ago. I played with the over 3-under 3, but the scale seemed too wide to me.
