Wow about 25yrs my mother was doing this for a craft/business. Best one was an Engagement ring held by a teddy bear.

This is something I used to do while working the floral dept at Winn-Dixie. We had a machine that would open the balloon and air it up. It was so fun to make these gifts for people.
