Dear Heavenly Father, as the first day of this new year begins, I come to You with a heart full of gratitude and hope.
Thank You for the gift of a fresh start, a blank page to write a new chapter with You as my guide.
I praise You for Your faithfulness in the past year—for the blessings You gave, the challenges You helped me overcome, and the lessons You taught me along the way.
You are the God of new beginnings, and I trust in Your goodness to lead me into this new season.
Lord, I dedicate this year to You. Every moment, every decision, every step I take—I place it all in Your hands.
Help me to seek You first in all things, trusting in Your wisdom and timing.
When I face uncertainties or fears, remind me that You are my rock and refuge, and that You walk with me through every circumstance.
Teach me to rely not on my own understanding but on Your perfect plan for my life.
Your Word in Proverbs 3:5-6 declares:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths”
Father, I ask for the faith to trust You fully this year, to acknowledge You in every decision, and to follow the path You have prepared for me.
Let this year be marked by Your presence, Your guidance, and Your peace in every aspect of my life.
Lord, I pray for wisdom to discern Your will in every situation.
Give me the strength to pursue what is right, the courage to let go of what is not from You, and the patience to wait for Your timing.
Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, that I may walk in love, joy, peace, and faithfulness throughout this year.
Father, I lift up my family and loved ones as we enter this new year. Bless them with health, joy, and unity.
Protect us from harm and strengthen the bonds that connect us. Help us to support one another, to grow together in faith, and to shine as a reflection of Your love in the world.
