I have in the last 5 years started a vision board that gets updated every year. I focus on the dimension of wellness including financial wellness. This has led me to focus all my resources (money, time, energy) on what will help me realize my vision. E.g financially wellness for me in next 5 years = mortgage paid. So now I build that into my money choices. It really works if you keep it in front of your eyes. ❤

Thank you so much for this. I evolved a similar way of thinking out of my work experience - you can fail at something if you don't break it down into manageable subtasks, which you might just as well succeed at if you had broken it down and accomplished it one step at a time. I've had enormous difficulty explaining this principle to people I care about, but now I can just share your video with them 🙂 The goal is what you want achieved, the lead measures are how you achieve it, in concrete and measurable actions you can take.

I’m a new sub 😊, I find your videos excellent the way you explain everything in a simple way. Being an expat English guy in east Asia for two decades I haven’t really kept up with technology.
My daughters, started their YouTube channel and within seven months they hit 100, 000 subscribers, now it’s been 16 months and they have 129, 000 subscribers and over 43 million views in total.
I will keep watching your videos because other YouTubers that tried to explain is too confusing for me.
