I think Colt is Belle's and Sam's child and was a part of the goldarm gang he was supposed to be a spy in the starr park but he got brainwashed by the starr hat then he lost his mind
When Sam and Belle knew that they decided to build Pearl and give her Colt's mission

Sam was reference to 3 real persons. Sam Star (star gang); Sam Bronson (famous historical boxer of America); and Samuel Colt (man who invented revolver gun). Yeah, Colt's name is reference to gun, like Shelly(shotgun).

I have a theory that may answer all of your questions: what if Belle was the future version of Piper.I know it sounds weird but here is why; we know from the description of belle that she wants to find out the truth behind starr park so what if somthing terreble will happen in the future something that the only way to stop it is backing in time to prevent it from happening and i have some evidence first the player icon of belle and piper are almost identical i mean that both of them stand in the same position blinking with the right eye and smiling
also in the beta of brawl stars piper description was "Piper de la Prim is always the **Belle** of the Brawl. All class to begin with, she was also top of her class in sharpshooting"
not to mention that both of them is a sniper. knowing that, it's now make sense why pearl starr is not the dauther of sam starr it's the daughter of the future rico that's why she is a robot and that's why she is baking explosive cookies just like her mum that use to bake bombs (you can watch the piper animation in brawl stars chanel for those who do not know)and that' why Sam is hating robots he hate Rico because he is in a relationship with Piper(Belle).
i have some other notes that im not sure of:
-The only brawler who can build a time machine is pam or Jessie and in my opinion it is jessi. we saw her alredy triying to enter the wkbrl room so maybe she will be a member in spude in the future. Also this is explain the similarity between Belle and Jessie's weapons what if future Jessie is the one who makes Belle's sniper and teach her how to deal with robots.

8:06 this makes a lot of sense. If was part of SPUDE I would also hire someone strong and ruthless like belle star to do my dirty work, such as interrogating and unaliving other people. I have a theory.
So Mandy sells candy that Starr park uses to transform people into candy. So how about other brawlers with a job do the job that Starr park uses to do something with people? While mico, lola, Gray, fang, buster, maisie, stu, Janet, Bonnie, charlie, poco, el primo, Amber, draco and kit work for entertaiment, what about willow (there is only said that Angelo flies around swamp in love, not that he works here)? Does Starr park control love between brawlers? And why? Other thing is gift shop. Colette probally works here to collect information for SPUDE, griff hides his face and doesn't pay taxes. His description says that he is never in gift shop when bank comes. So Starr park has taxes and bank. It might be another piece of lore.
And tara, barley, Larry, lawrie and R-T work too.

It's very simple of Goldarm Gangs: First the brawler is Belle like a reference of an outlaw and she realizes has a son is Colt including it's reference of Eddie Reed Starr but mostly it's a huge difference of the Brawl Stars in these seasons especially Sam is actually speaks Australian accent on his voice lines.

How does belle's son fit in to this?, she mentions having a son in multiple voicelines. I could be possible belle is trying to find more about starr park as a way to protect her son who we have yet to see. The son could also turn out to be a brawler or maybe belle and her son got seperated when belle was transformed into a brawler.
