If i clearly understand so for exemple when u press 0 on the keyboard the ASCII is 30 when u say its 0011 0000 That is also equal to 11 0000 or it should be in C2 (coded in 8bits) what inmean by that is i type 0 on keyboard it's coded to 30. The 0 and the 3 are both coded on a formal of 4bits ???

what if we enter an octal value with base 2 on the computer like 0b100 what does the computer understand
