But my fellowship are on the good side so the forts i build are like mounted dwarfs & axe throwers .. Do i have to join a evil fellowship to have evil hiring recruits?

Hey what about commander levels ? Do your commanders levels transfer over as well or do they get reset ? Also I’m assuming you keep your items/equipment ?
