I am an international student from india and i have an international license. I came to Melbourne 2 months ago and I did know about the speeding fines system here. Back in india we don’t have such systems in my country so this is the first time iam experiencing such a situation. I was totaly unaware of the speeding cameras here, i only started noticing it after i got fined.

If i say this in the review letter will the officer withdraw my fines..?
