This a genius move form o2 lol they’re betting on the fact you’ll keep your phone for at least 6-9 months while they’ve made you pay 3.99 extra a month and then they turn you down for an upgrade because your phone has a few micro scratches 😂 easy money from o2 lol I can see straight through it

I called o2 today, and was told the switch up scheme is not available yet. I feel its a case of the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

O2's internet service in Bournemouth is so slow and unreliable it's practically useless! Constant dropouts . As a small biz owner, this has cost me significantly. O2 doesn't care to fix it either. Terrible customer service!

O2 taking £56 out my account each month for no reason. I've called 22 times and sent letters, including resolver complain. Nobody will help

02 refresh is the best. Want a new phone sell your one on eBay get the cash pay off the phone and get a new phone easiest way to get a new one. Low bills np worries etc

I subscribed to Switch up on the 11th of August 2022, I went to the O2 Hampstead branch this morning with my handset which had no wear or tear or scratches. They couldn't switch this up because O2 is selling a service which cannot be delivered, the agent who dealt with my case was patient enough to admit that Switch Up isn't yet operational in store. Stay away from adding the Switch up. They advertised this service as available but if you go to their store you wouldn't be able to switch up your devices.
