A ribbon cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the renovations of the Helen Chambers Park. Sponsored by Wilmington Mayor Michael Purzycki, City Parks Director Ian R. Smith, and Fifth District Council Member Bregetta Fields, the renovations have created a space for families to safely gather together.
