I was subscribed to scentbird for 4 months and only got 2 of my perfumes and nobody in customer service would reply to my emails until after i cancelled. And i did not recive a refund for the 2 months i paid for that i didnt get any product.

**PSA! Read before subbing to Scentbird**
The perfumes DO NOT all come in those little bags and twisties. I have been subscribed to Scentbird for almost two years and I have gotten a total of 4 free twisties. They usually come in a cardboard vile with a cap. The twisties cost $12 to buy separately. Honestly though, it doesn't bother me because I usually switch out the ones in the twisties when I get a new one. Laura might not be aware of this because she is an influencer and probably gets her for free, so I don't blame her for not having that info. I do love this company though!!

I've tried the whole Sentbird thing and just wont be using them. I've tried subscribing to them back in August and never got anything, but I was able to get refunded for that. As for the month of September, they couldn't refund because it was being processed. Here we are in December, and still nothing. 😐 I understand they've been "moving to a new shipping facility " but 2 months of subscription and nothing AND 2 months later and nothing.
I know I know, complain to them, and I have. Just venting and didnt know if anyone else has had this issue. 😐
