How To Learn React JS Fast? This is a question I have heard over and over again. In this video i'm going to go over 5 things you can to to learn react fast. Some of them are obvious and some are controversial but I promise you that you will learn react fast if you follow them.

Learning is hard but many tutorials that teach react show you too much too early and confuse things. Take advantage of the scientifically proven method of chunking when you learn react and it will speed up your progress a lot.

As a junior software engineer in the industry I wish I had you as a mentor that I could pair program with daily. You don’t meet many senior engineers/developers like yourself and it’s frustrating. This was really motivating. You definitely gained a follower out of me.

This isn't a video, this is a therapy session.
Learning is non-linear path, its a graph learn individual pieces and more you learn more you will understand.

I think this is a brilliant analogy, really sound advice and a really well delivered video. Thank you. I spend way too much time on the details and setting up tools and 'toys' and not enough on just getting on with learning things at the level I'm comfortable with. I will try to take your advice on board.

That's very helpful perspective, becouse I often start learning JS from the beginning, when I want to learn a framework. And that's stupid, becouse I know a lot of JS, but I always feel like I don't know enough - so I start over...

Your take on learning is a refreshing one. I've seen way too many React courses attempt to teach several build tools and libraries partway through. It's incredibly overwhelming for anyone attempting to learn React and they'll have this notion that it's everything they need to build a proper React app. Worst case scenario is students placing over-reliance on them and/or not using the tools to their full potential.

I agree it's best to learn the barebones concept first and make mistakes with it. Once you're comfortable, the build tools will be there to aid you and really won't take too long to learn and setup.

Great advice and great video! 👍
