He drove it to DC. Showed it to Congress but they didn’t ask him a single question. They didn’t even go outside to see it. It’s Brown’s Gas. You separate the hydrogen & oxygen from water with d/c electricity. Problem is that hydrogen is very explosive but doesn’t have the energy that gasoline. It does work and the exhaust is just water vapor.

Growing up in the seventies and '80s this type of stuff seem to happen almost monthly. Someone would make the news or news magazines about inventions that could help cars get 90 miles to the gallon or the same as in this case having cars drive with water.
Every inventor had something horrible happen to them. A lot of people pointed to the oil industry others claimed it was the government.
