How Many G's Can the Human Body Survive?

The average person can handle up to 5 G's, while trained pilots can tolerate 9 G's, with prolonged exposure to 6 G's being potentially fatal. In 1954, Colonel John Stapp tested human limits by experiencing 46.2 G's on a rocket sled in the New Mexico desert.

If they die from 6g’s after a while, then our war Thunder pilots are built different, I made my pilot pull 30g’s for 10 seconds in a p-51

Max Verstappen, F1 driver, had a crash at the Silverstone GP in 2021. He experienced 51G in that crash and he is now four consecutive times World Champion, so he is fine

Its important to know most of this video is false.
Prolonged exposure to 6g's would have to be SEVERAL minutes at least to be considered fatal.
Astronauts launch at 4g's, not 3.
The world record G limit was not a consistent 46.2g's, thats only where it spiked. To add onto that, he was facing in the most G tolerable direction which is how he survived with a few broken ribs.

The world record now is about 80g for 0.06 seconds

"Nah I'm built for this."

If my chaotic KSP playthroughs are anything to go off of, a Kerbal can withstand more than 20 Gs.

I’ve done GT3 by transition from Karting, GT3s can produce about ~5-6gs during acceleration, ~3gs from braking depends on how much power you put Into, and almost up to 8gs during a turn, and about last year when I was studying for my flying license my Instructor decided to have some fun and does a 6g turn
In my opinion the regular person weighing ~60-80kg can handle up to 6gs while ~50kg below can handle up to 4-5gs and the trained person for either flying or racing can handle an average of 7-8 maximum
