I'm a very tall 110 kg man. I been doing my yoga, and jump roping. I'm feel so light and according to people I make sound and scare a lot of people when I come behind them.

If you wont to so some real changes you should do 300/400jumprop a day 300 berpys and 500 pressups / 250 crunches / jog 30miles /200jumping jacks / 12setsof planks 12minute sets /150starjumps / 300berpytuck jumps / in the spot 6sets 3minuts /12sets 6minute leftside and right side planks /and canr realy so any more my text is running out and take fishoil and vitimine cdbe and multi vitimine minrils /amino acides should say 120capsules the right ones and white in side a small cotainer with black red and gold label and / heavy weight bulkin agent shake but dont take if you dont want to put a let of weight on but you wont be fat with the exices and the heavy weight is the name of the shake its on amazon but its just under £60quid tho

I used to jump and listen to music and create music videos in my imagination + I didn't use rope or anything else and when I stopped doing this I gained belly fat
