Thank you for saying about overworking Kenna. I just graduated high school and now I'm studying for college entrance exams. The country where I live, overworking is really common for students. I'm from India and here students generally study for 12+ hours a day .School, extra classes, tuitions, self study sessions everyday. The students here don't know how to be nice to their mental health. We are taught that if you don't study for 10 hours a day then you're lazy. You saying about overworking made me feel good about myself because I give myself breaks whenever I need and it makes me guilty every time.
