Developed in the 1920s, Lido Isle is a very prestigious location with a total of 850 homes including Lido Isle Yacht Club, tennis courts, and private docks. The bay-front homes are located on either Via Lido Nord or Via Lido Soud with some exceptional properties located at the tip of the Isle.

What is the difference between Balboa Island and the Balboa Peninsula?
Balboa Island is a small man-made island in Newport Beach, CA, with homes, commercial businesses, and a waterfront. It is sometimes confused with the Balboa Peninsula, which is an extension of land directly across from Balboa Island.
