fun fact: in CS 1.6 (and Source i guess) this gun actually costed 800$ and it was T exclusive with the Five N Seven being the CT version, also de Deagle was 650$

maan dualies been like this for years, even in pro csgo usual setup was 2 people with them on ct

This has been an archetype in matchmaking for over half a decade. "Raid bossing" was when youd buy kevlar and have an ally drop (usually) a P250 and buy utility, back when the dualies were $500.

The Dualies have always been decent, just with the changes to running and gunning made in CS2 they really came into their own. They really are bought on CT side as the other options for pistol rounds generally prioritize accuracy. The P250 and USP-S both have small magazines and almost no reserve ammo which means spamming is very costly. The P2000 is fine and plenty of pros have been using it to great effect, but the Dualies just have a little more oomph to them. Biggest downsize is the reload time, but if you can hold off the enemy until your team arrives you should be golden.

The only use for the dualies is, when you're CT and don't know how to play USP or in lower ranks where everyone lacks aim for headshots and playing close range with utility

As T side Glock just better more accuracy and armour is better than +10 bullets and getting aimpunched

People catching on finally, dualies on pistol round or even ecos are insanely effective. Better tec-9 more or less with better accuracy, fire rate & range

Actually... I don't know how about CS2 but in CS:GO I once got hit with the dual berettas in head while I was NOT wearing a helmet and it did like 34 damage... LOL

Sometimes when my team are loosing we have little money I go with the dual Beretta's & full body armor. Sometimes after a frag or frags you can then pickup nice rifels from your frags. I usually play competitive 5 vs 5.

I love the dualies even tho people would tell me not to buy them, rush banana on Inferno was the best feeling ever, spam them and get kills or sit at a distance and shoot one after one so accurate shots
