I also live in TX and started out wearing a sweatshirt but it didn’t take long to shed that! Predicted to be 84° here today.
I also turned my coat closet into a pantry. I bought a really cool over the door shelf unit that works really well. I follow the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle and the door organizer is where I store all of my THM cooking products.

Loved getting a mini tour of Galveston. Spent many, many happy times in Galveston. So glad to see that someone else has to go through the pantry and throw away out of date items!! With only 2 of us, we don’t use things as quickly!

I always brine my chicken breasts. It’s keeps them juicy. I add juniper berries and star anise with what citrus fruit is at home.
