Just found you yesterday & am catching a few of your videos. I had been avoiding any “older women” types of channels since I refused to acknowledge my senior status too. But I watched the “declutter before you downsize” one since that is in my immediate future. And now I’m hooked. After marrying my husband in 1992, I was taken to see the Christian Admiral. My husband was a regular Cape May visitor & had stayed there several times, but alas, it had already been boarded up. That block is now totally developed with mini-mansions. I was a CM consultant (lousy @ sales) & also have a son & daughter.

You saved the best part for the end of the video! I loved your answer regarding prayer. I can’t say I as a Catholic ever really thought about how I was addressing our Lord God during my prayers but I guess some people do so I’m really glad some viewers asked and you answered from your heart! I usually start out like this to cover all my bases: Dear God, Jesus, Blessed Mary, Holy Family, and all of the Apostles, Angels and Saints, please hear my prayers. It’s a mouthful but it’s so ingrained in me at this point I don’t know if I can shorten it! Anyway, Congratulations on 100k and God Bless! ❤️

With intermittent fasting, if I do any less than 18 hours, though it does make me feel better, it doesn’t help with weight loss. I did 16:8 when I first started in 2020 and didn’t lose diddly. As soon as I did 18 or more, weight fell off. I need to get back to the 18+ hours because I gained a lot of the 31 lbs I had lost. 😢
