I think many of these things to do in Orlando can still be fun for people who don't have kids or who aren't huge Disney fans. After a week as a solo traveler, I wanted to do something different than hanging out near the beach, so I did Disney Springs as a day trip from Tampa. I had fun just walking around and eating and drinking and listening to live music there.

Old Town on a Friday night when the muscle cars come through is the best!! Great atmosphere and the shops stay open late!!

SeaWorld has some really great roller coasters. Manta, Kraken, Mako, Ice Breaker, Pipeline, and Atlantis are all just as fun as the coasters at Islands of Adventure.

We went in Sea World and was pleasantly surprised how great it really is. It has many coasters rides, animal shows, and Sesame Place World and Parade was terrific and you cannot beat that night time dance and fireworks display. It was awesome! And this park is very reasonable to attend.

Pirates Cove at International Drive that is recorded is a genuinely fantastic adventure golf course. They always give you tickets to come back for free if the weather turns whilst you’re out and can’t play!!

Orlando Bank & Trust building at 9:10 is a great example of 1920’s high rises in the south. A block down at the old Angebilt Hotel, Walt Disney rented the top two floors in the 60’s for his office while they planned the ‘Florida project’.

I miss Disney World Animal Kingdom so much! I haven't been there since 2011 and I would like to work for them as a Zookeeper because it is beautiful there. I could also enjoy and spend time at the Swimming pool, Roller Coasters and watching the parade at Magic Kingdom. I additionally want to move to Orlando or Kissimmee Florida because I've been dreaming about this since I was a kid and I'm looking forward to it for the future!

Disney's Animal Kingdom includes Disney's Woodland Kingdom like squirrels, skunks, rabbits & other woodland creatures in Disney World!🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

You mentioned the Hogwarts Castle was Universal Studios and if you wanted more to go IOA. The Castle is actually in IOA with Hogsmeade. Diagon Alley is in US.
